30 minute wait to collect Hire Car
Arrived at Cape Town International airport on Tuesday 12 February. Went to collect my hired car from Europcar. The queue was going out the door and we had to wait in line in the baking sun. All the Manager could do was tell us that we would have a 30 minute wait and that this is a daily occurrence in the busy season. Come on guys!!! If this is a every day occurrence then sort it out.
