24 hours brach closed at king shaka
<p>I booked car hire at king shaka for the durban july weekend. This branch is a 24 hours brach however it's closed while we're waiting for our booked cars. The emergency call centre is not getting hold of anyone who can assist. I'm shocked and super disappointed.</p>
I've been speaking to Tsietsi at the call centre since 3am. He's been promising to call me back abd give feedback but nothing. It's now 5:13 and there's no communication still.

Still haven't been contacted and now my billing is incorrect. I really want to understand how can you say the place is open 24hours and stapp memners there don't know that.
