1st World Name - 3rd World service

This car hire company are full of S@#t!!!!

I needed to modify my booking because of a change in my travel plans (basically arriving 3 days later than originally scheduled), but I am unable to modify or cancel the booking on their website even though I have an account with them. They had the audacity to tell me that they cannot change it on their end after repeatedly emailing them for a week.
