Very disrespectful! Pathetic service!

Disappointing service!😑. I've made a laybuy last month at the Preview Eastgate branch, paid 50% and when I went to collect the item yesterday, it was sold to someone else. Why on earth is there a laybuy if you're still going to sell the same item to someone else. Such an inconvenience and sheer disrespect! No one phoned me from the store to confirm if they could sell my item while waiting for another order from Capetown. I'm very disappointed! It was very disrespectful of the sales lady to decide to give me such a low standard service. I'm never buying anything from that branch again, EVER!!!!!
