Withdrawal excuses

Withdrawal was requested on the 12th of March, I submitted my documents on immidate request and on the 15th they said that all my docu2are in order. Today is the 19th and I spoke to a Jacob and Mia, vip manager. Their excuses are pathetic to tell me it's in review and after review it will take another 7 business days to process.

The tone of voice telling me I'm not the only member and must wait is unacceptable.
