Poor customer service.

I'm am not happy with the way I am being treated by the support agents. I have a problem with the fact that I am not getting my promo bonuses. I have spoken to 6 agents about the same thing today but all are giving different reasons why am I not getting my bonuses. It's starting to look like I'm being made a fool. Or maybe the so called promo are a **** to get people to deposit more money? Because the same thing happened with the valentine calendar thingy, now these Easter thing. The agents keeps on changing on me without solving my problem. One even had the nerve that there is no record of me depositing money and which they sent me an email to confirm that they have received my deposit.
