Pathetic services

Absolutely terrible service, the consultants arent helpful at all, most are rude. I use my girlfriends bank account and my bank account to make deposits, the deposit always gets approved but this time they suspended my account because they require proof of EFT transactions from the bank accounts yet we have always deposited and made withdrawals from and to each other's bank accounts but now that I made a withdrawal of R2200 they reversed the withdrawal and suspended my account. My account had been verified before but now they want me to explain why I use my girlfriends bank account to make deposits since it's not registered under my name. I asked the guy how come deposits can be made from her account and it not be declined by the casino, he never was rude and said that they will only get back to me when I can explain why I'm using a different bank account to make deposits and they require proof for the deposits. I have been making deposits and withdrawals from and to her account and it was never an issue but now it's a problem. It's almost a week now that my account is suspended and I'm unable to withdraw my funds.
