No withdrawal from europa casino

This is a gambling site from which i had won a certain amount. An email was sent to me saying the amount has been processed and it would take 3 days for me to receive the money in my bank account. I contacted my bank and they have no idea about this amount. I went back on europa site and used the support chat to speak to someone, they said the amount is still been processed and will take 14 days which I have never heard of prior to this via email or any notification. They also say that because easy eft is processing the funds they cannot do anything to assist me now as the amount has been processed by europa so they cannot advise me further. So now I have no idea what to do to get the money owing to me and europa is giving me run around with they explanations constantly changing. I have not received any feedback from them since the last email was to say the money was already processed. They also mentioned that I should contact my bank everyday asking them for the money. This does not make any sense and an eft payment goes through immediately or sometimes takes a day to reflect depending on the bank. This is unacceptable as those are my earnings. An eft payment to play on the site goes through immediately but to withdraw and receive what you win has this long process. This is ********* and seems ********** by all extents. I want the money to be paid immediately.
