EUROPA CASINO - ******* AND ********! BEWARE!!!!!

I registered my mum onto Europa casino to play. i had deposited funds into the casino's account from my own account. on the 30th of MAY 2020 my mum won R32000! we had tried to cash the money out, but my mums ID and proof of residence was required. my mum is still using the old green barcoded ID. the proof of residence was accepted, but not her ID. we tried have tried several times to re-send her ID and they kept refusing to accept her ID! i then sent my ID and proof of residence as the bank details were mine. they came back saying that the withdrawals were approved. they have now come back saying that unfortunately my mum submitted someone elses account and used funds from someone elses account. they cannot give us the money and ALL FUNDS have been cut - LOST! GONE!

this is actually so unfair as my mums ID is still valid!

EUROPA casino aslo have a wager, of the R32000, R6250 was the wager amount! all bonuses were also cancelled!
