Bad service

They have bad service I won 1800 when is time to withdraw I realised I put a wrong email I asked them to change it for me they said they want documents I’ve send the documents they told me after 3days it’s been 3 days I’m still waiting for them and when I chat with them they reply after they ignore me please hello Peter help I need to pay rend with that money
