Order not agreeing MENU violation ConsumerAct

It is a tenet of the Consumer Act that the client must receive exactly what she ordered, and that she has right of complaint and immediate redress. Europa appears to feel they can operate outside law with impunity. When I sat down at Fourways I immediately mentioned that Broadacres had just a few days before refused to serve me a lightly toasted open croissant, and that I did not want any repetition of bad service. I was promised service. I then at point of order made certain that the dish would look exactly like that on the menu, except for pepper, with no change to content nor portion size. When it arrived, it bore so little resemblance to the menu that I thought it to be an entirely different dish. Badly presented, tasteless food, inedible burnt cold toast, dried up squares instead of the gorgeous crisp squares promised on menu, TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION. I pointed this out to waiter and called his attention to menu - comparison. At counter I told an unfriendly woman. She went to hide @ rear of store TO AVOID addressing my complaint. UNLESS I GET A FULL&UNCONDITIONAL refund I intend wordlwide bad publicity for Cafe'& Fourways Mall, NO HOLDS barred. A sickening shameful experience!
