Inability to Apologise

After receiving our food, a strand of hair was found in the pizza. We let our waiter know and he proceeded to offer another pizza. We then asked for the Manager to be notified as out intention was just to let them know. The manager walked up and down for 20minutes, looking over at our table but not saying anything.
