ice cold food/other peoples left overs wth my food

Placed an order at 7:45 i was literally staying 5 mins from the restaurant the manager told me it will take an hour my food arrived at 9:45 the food was ice cold the suppose to be milkshake was milk there was a half eaten burger and looks like somebody elses left overs was with my food
