Bee in my milkshake

I went to Europa Cafe in Bedfrod Centre on Sunday 15 March at approx 18:30. I ordered a milkshake and when it was almost finished I noticed something has sunk to the bottom. Upon fishing it out with my straw I realised that it was a bee. <br> I showed my waitress who was very apologetic and went to show the manager. <br> The manager came to speak to me a few minutes later saying that he believes I found a bee in my milkshake and he apologises but it was very hot today and at least the straw was thin enough that I couldn't drink the bee. I was still charged for the milkshake too!<br> I was very disappointed with this response as he did nothing to attempt to make up for the fact that I had an insect in my milkshake and he really made light of the matter like it was amusing. What if I had been allergic to bees? <br> It's a real pity because the food at Europa is very good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
