Unmatch pair of shoes

<p>Last year November I bought a pair of sergio taccchini sneakers @ Europa Art.</p> <p>After months of having the shoes I then realised they are not the same, but very similar I thought maybe it's the style. I decided to visit one of their store they told me to bring the shoes back, which I did after weeks of deliberating they then tell me the shoe is over a year old so they can't help me.</p> <p>Without any explanation or an apology. This is the arrogance we deal with as consumers now it means I'm stuck with the shoe that I can't wear because of their incompetence!!!</p>
