They refuse to give me my money...Refund

<p>On the 13/05/17 I bought a pair I shoes at Europa art when I got home the shoes were too tight I couldn't walk properly with them,on the 15/05/17 I went to the store to return them and get a refund and the ladies there refused and said according to their store that cannot refund me and they can only give me a credit note because that is their policy and i must check my slip,the slip says no exchange on promotional items & sale item it does not talk about cash refund.The ladies insist on giving me the voucher which I don't want, I want my money back I used cash to buy the shoes not a voucher.The lady by the name of Juvena and her staff they bullying me into taking a voucher which I don't want and according to Consumer Act I a consumer I have the right to fair dealings I want my money back.</p>
