Stinking attitude

I bought glitter thongs @Europa art shoes Gateway in January and after 3months the glitter was falling off I took it back I was told it was going to be ready in 2 weeks yet itook a month and when I got back to the shop after receiving a call my shoe was not repaired there some areas where areas were not done. When I pointed that out to their store manager Brenda Pillay she said I must take and she said it with an attitude and finally gave an order to Nokwanda who was assisting me to call head office and response I got was they will send it back again for repairs which I need to wait for more weeks for it to come back. I told Brenda that her attitude was stinking she said well that's company policy. I had to leave my shoe again hope this gets sorted out. And these shoes are barely new 3months old I payed R990 for it where is value for money here.
