Shoes problem

<p>Hi..my boyfriend bought shoes on sale at Europa art shoes in Centurion on the 15/07/2017.I was with him when he bought them.When he got home he was not happy about the colour he chose nor I was and took them back to change them for a different colour of which we noticed them the following day when he was about to wear them that the left one is not the same colour as the other.He called them logged a complaint and he was told that maybe it faded colour coz it was the one on display and that he should return them.I went there to exchange they didn't have them in store but ordered for me from another branch and told me they will call so I can come fetch them.I waited for their call for a week and they never called me at all.I called them again last week on friday telling them I've been waiting for long and that they should give me refund,they apologized and said they will come back to me of which they did.They called me the same day telling me they've been delivered that I can come fetch them.I couldn't go as I had other engagements for the weekend and my boyfriend was also working that weekend.I went on tuesday 8/8/2017 and got the same story that they are all like that they can't do anything.l asked if we are the only ones complaing and they said so far its only us and we the first to complain.I told them we don't want them anymore that they should give us refund they said they can't we should choose another pair for that price or they will give us a credit note that is valid for a year.I told them we don't want anything anymore and they said there's nothing they can do.I told them I am going to report them to hello Peter and they said I can go ahead that I'm not the only person who logged a complain to you before and that nothing hello Peter did to solve some people's complaints.I really need your help on this one they should just refund us or compensate us by choosing a pair of thr original price as i was driving up and down to their shop for their manufactures problems mind due its not our fault.What if this credit note get lost it means we lost on R1890.The shoes were R3290.Can you please help.</p>
