Europa Art Shoes are extremely devious. They don't disclose that in their shops "NO REFUNDS" I bought shoes to the value of R8000-00 5 Pairs of shoes. After I had paid I asked the sales lady if I may get a refund if not suitable... she **** and said YES. The following day I returned the shoes and she told me to read their sign which is not legible in the shop in CRESTA. How deceiving and disgusting. I then wrote a letter to the CONSUMER GOODS & SERVICE OMBUD. They took six months to respond and are useless! THEY DONT DESERVE A RATING!
