replacement of shoes

My name is Bhekokwakhe Simelane, contact ********** 240. in November 2017 i bought shoes at Europa Arts in Eastgate mall, when i wore the shoes i found out that the sole was not glued in properly. i took it back to the shop, they asked me for a purchase slip which i lost unfortunately.they scanned the barcode from the box and it appeared that the shoes is their product and they could even see the transaction number from the system. I told them i want a replacement for the shoe which they refused to do, instead they took the shoe for repairs. when it came back still it was not glued properly. i insisted that i want the replacement of the shoes and we ended up exchanging words with the shop manager. the shoes are still with them as i could not take something that i am not happy with. May you please help me to have a replacement of the shoes or a refund for that matter.
