Refused my refund.

Worst experience ever. I bought my shoe then it had to go for resize. They kept my shoe for 4 months in the store without calling me. When I called them yesterday for a refund because I paid for a shoe 4 months ago but I still haven't received it till today they refused. I repeat,, nobody called in 4 months to inform me my shoe was in the store and they refuse to refund me. This happened at Sandton City store
