Poor Quality on expensive shoes

Your shoes are known for being pretty and affordable but my experience has not been a pleasant one. I bought a shoe last year at Mall of Afrika and on the first day of wearing it the front bow was loose. I wore it for the second time and it was falling off. I asked my sister to take it to the store(Mall of Afrika Europa Art) as I stay in a different province(KZN). To my surprise I was told they could only ‘glue’ it back. This was shocking and disappointing as I felt that glue is not gonna last and chances are that it’s gonna come out again. I raised my concerns with the shop consultant but unfortunately I was told that was the only solution. I did not wear the shoe for a very long time untill last week and today.......this is just what happened as I was busy consulting: ........what an embarrassment in front of my patients!

I feel there’s no value for the money I paid in a reputable shop. I am disappointed and regret shopping at your store. This leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
