Poor quality of shoes with a bad recovery service

In 2015 I bought 3 pairs of shoes on different occasions and another pair was on sale, other one full price and the 3rd one 25% off. The first pair got torn on the upper side of the shoe. I returned it and I was told the policy does not allow customers to return shoes that were bought on sale. I asked where is it written and I never received an answer and I left the shoe there. Second pair had a wangling heel and it was fixed. Third pair was also torn on the stitching and it was stitched badly and I said I could not have a pair of shoes that I paid almost R2000 for with different stitches. I was told there is nothing that can be done.
