Nonsense of a shop

This shop is a ****. I will never ever get excited and spend my cent there. If I could select no star at all, that would definitely be my answer. I fitted a size 5 shoe at Menlyn, which happened to be big. The assistant was helpful in getting a size 4 from another branch. I only collected the shoes after 2 weeks from the shop since I wasn't around. Upon fitting the shoe when I got home, the size 4 was too tight, one shoe had scratches and the shoes looked so plastic, nothing closer to leather. I went to East gate for a return. When I got there I was told I need to go to the shop where I bought the shoes. I asked my partner to return the shoes to Menlyn. This was exactly 7 days after collection. Horrible experience. They told him they don't do returns after 14 of purchase, no credit and now I am stuck with shoes tgar don't fit me after paying R4 000. I will be telling all my friends about this experience before they get ****med too.
