Noisey shoes

I bought the shoes at Europa art clearwater for R1980 and worn them once and they immediately started making squicky bad noice. I took them back to the shop within 14 days after purchase. I took them back and they were taken in to head office for fixing. A week later I got the message to fetch them and they wrote that they cant be fixed as they cant fix noise. I spoke to Tityana at head office and she told me she is sorry they cant help but I have worn them already. I told her I am not happyand I am going to take the shop to hello Peter she told me it will not damage their reputation. What reputation if they could not help wutb their own faulty squicky shoes.
