I bought a pair of shoes,on the second day of weasring the shoe it got torn.Europa SA is now forcing me to accept a repaired shoe.
On the 24 Nobember I bought a pair of shoes at Europa Art Shoes Pavillion.I wore the shoe the next day and again on Dec 05 I wore the shoe.It was when I was walking in the mall when a lady approached me that I must check my shoe.I noticed that the “stitching” in the shoe is torn.Fortunately I was the same mall I bought the shoes at.I showed them and they told me that they will send the shoe back.I asked them the procesure ,they told me that they will access the shoe, and will then repair or refund with a store voucher.I tild the lady that i would not accept a repaired shoe,bt She said its ok she will send it to the head office. She told me that however if they replace with the same shoe ,I will have to sighn an agreement that should the shoe be faulty again I will be liable.I told her that I will not accept the same type of shoe as I do not trust the shoe type.Due to the delays at the head I office,I phoned them to enquire in the 15 Of December. The lady at the desk told me that they will send my shoe back as it has been repaired.I told her that theres no way I will accept a repaired shoes,I only wore the shoe twice and cant acdept a repaired shoe.I asked her why is the factory fault my problem, she said she will then refer my case to her superior.I have a number of emails to and from Tiziana at the head office ,She told me the same story.I have been asking her why is the factory fault my problem? She said it was not. Then I asked her ,If so if its not a factory fault then whu would a shoe bought on the 24 Nov be torn on 05 Dec?She said it was a stitch proplem snd it has been rectified.Well I dont know why should a stich problem in a shoe be my worry when I have paid for a shoe. She futher advised me that the shoe was bought on a black friday sale and therefore sale items cannot be returned.I did not know that “EAS SA “comprises quality ot sells factory faulted shoes on Black friday. On the EAS SA website the are terms and condition for “Faulty shoe”,I kept ssking her about those terms and conditions that are specialy for “Faulty shoe” and she said they only apply for online purchases.I asked her to then refer me to “Faulty shoes Terms and Conditions for store purchases “ and she has not done that since.I feel ****** and I am not going to let this go.Theres no way that I can wear a shoes twice and be give the same shoe to wear again.I dont trust that shoe anymore, what other stitch problem will I have,I dont want another embarrassment,I had to buy another pair of shoes because of their stich problem and now they are telling me they cant give me my money back or evem replace with another shoe.I am so irritated and yes I will exhaust all consumer protection outlets.EAS SA is taking customers forgranted.I went ro check the shoe at the store and the repair in the shoe is cleary visble,I dont even trust that shoe anymore.
