Horrible quality shoes.

I bought a pair of formal shoes at Europa in the Canal walk Century city branch. The shoes were R2000 however I got them for R1600 which is still pricey. I wore these shoes for literally only 2 days and they hurt my feet so bad to the point of discoloration. If you paying over R1600 for a pair of shoes from a high end retail store you would expect it to be super comfortable and of great quality. So I went back to the store and explained my situation to them and I tried to return the shoes. They blankly told me there is NOTHING they can do about it. Clearly this is a quality problem and unfortunately I did not get my monies worth from it. I do however expect my money back from this company because these shoes of no use to me.
