Horrible and poor quality

Worst service and poor quality , how do you justify a R2300 shoes worn for few hours , heel falling off and the bottom peeling . Your Manager in Menlyn store claimed that I must’ve stepped on something to cause the heel to fall off and when I asked about the bottom was told leather supposed to peel that way

Europa Art Shoes is such a **** , I will never buy anything from that store again and the audacity to want to fix the shoes instead of replacing .
