Handbag

Bought an expensive handbag at menlyn park shopping centre. Within a month the silver leather handbag started to fade , torn inside , and it looks more like an old handbag than a new handbag. Went to menlyn yesterday and the manager there told me i must give it in and he must send it to head office so that they can decide if my handbag can be replaced. Very poor service
