Faulty Michael Kors handbag

I bought a Michael Kors handbag from the Europa Art Clearwater Branch 26/4/18. By October the bags glue and stitching started to unravel. I returned the handbag and they sent it in for evaluation. A week later they tell me it’s wear & tear. This is ridiculous. How does a R5590 handbag only last a few months? When I phoned head office they said they can’t do anything about it. I have 3 other Michael Kors handbags that I bought from Michael Kors and they have lasted me ALOT longer then 6 months. I feel Europa Art should send it back to Michael Kors & request that it be repaired or give me a refund so that I can go buy a handbag directly from Michael Kors. The handbag still looks brand new. Europa Art does not care! Once they have your money they will not help you. If I want a handbag to last a few months I would go buy something from China Mall
