false pricing

I am a frequent shopper at the Europa Art shoe store particularly Sandtons branch and i have never had a reason to complain. However on Saturday i visited the rosebank store and purchased two items. the marked price was not charged the lady charged me R100 extra and they were very unhelpful and not bothered about the fact that they have over charged me. the point is not about the R100 but the service as well as false price advertising. Actually feel like returning both pairs.
