Expensive products for poor quality

It is so unfortunate that customers keep laying similar complaints about this retail store and nothing is done about it. Even OMBUDS office, The National Consumer Commission office does not win with Europa Art Shoes. Lana's audacity to push you away after you have departed with thousands!!!!!!!! DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS SHOP.
