EUROPA ART SHOES OWNER IS MYSTERIOUS
<p>I bought the pair of shoes at Europa art shoes in Sandton on the 1st of July 2016 and three months later the shoes started tearing on the actual leather and you can see it is workmanship no sharp object - the area that is tearing is where you tie your laces together top left -inner/ inside - it is actually the left foot shoe and the right foot shoe its peferctly fine .</p> <p>I went to report the matter and gave them the shoe for evaluation ,to my surpise it took them two months to make a decission to say they can not help me after I was told several times to bring the invoice and then i provide the proof from the bank that has unique number which was -EUROPA ART SHO ********** ********** 92 that resembles Europa Art shoes Sandton cause every different store has a unique number to do sales but unfortunaley they can not pick up anything according to Clara Block and she is the only one handles these queries ,when you call her on the office line she is always out for 10 minutes or 15 minutes and your calls will never be returned .</p> <p> </p> <p>I have asked several times to speak to the owner of the shop nobody wants to give either the office line or any of his or her contacts ,I mean i have been in different locations and someone whispered that if you give such information you will be FIRED </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I call him or her Mystery Owner cause everyone is afriad of this Boss going to fire staff or employee however I have emails and proof to show no one is willing to assist me and it was my first time buying shoes at the Sandton Branch .</p> <p>I just bought two new pairs of shoes in August 2016 , the service is really shocking no one wants to take any responsibility at Head Office because they are claiming that they could not find any invoice for the last six months . EUROPA ART SHOES OWNER please respond to this matter because I know you want your business to have good reputation please help .</p> <p>I can not believe this treatement cause I bought from Europa Art shoes Centurion since 2009 that means a loyal customers everyone knows me there that i do not window shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your response will be greatly appreciated</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
