Europa Art Shoes Bad Experience and wreap off

<p>I bought a shoe at Europa Art in Canal Walk Cape Town and wore it less than 2 days after buying it. The shoe cost me More than R2000 rands and the STUDS in it were out. I returned the shoe after 3 days to say here is a factory fault give another Pair. Yesterday the 14th I went there because it's been more than 7 days since I returned the shoe and an order of a new pair placed. When I got there the shoe which was ordered for me was there but the lady on duty refused literally to give me and refused to give me back my money raising issues of company policy, manager being not their something which didn't arise The lady was extremely rude to an extent in which I forced her to call her manager which was</p> <p>not on duty and she refused until I told her I wasn't going anywhere. The lady was so rude such that we exchanged words.
