Your size guide on your website is incorrect and hence I ordered the wrong size aswell.Size Guide shows that UK4 is a EU36.Comes to my discovery when the shoe arrives that the EU36 is actually a size UK3.The customer service is very poor as the brand doesnt take accountability of their mistake.I dont want no damn refund.I want my shoes!
