Disappointed customer

I bought a purse that was on sale from R2295 to R599, after paying we noticed that the slip is written “no refund/exchange” on sale items. My friend tried fighting it but I decided to let it go. After 3 weeks of using the purse it started peeling off. I went to the shop (Menlyn mall), the sales people were so rude. The one that sold it to me didn’t even greet but the day she sold us the purse, she was so friendly. I escalated the matter with no help. I will NEVER buy from there again. I regret not sticking to my ALDO. Something that was R2000 cannot peel off without 3 weeks even a year or so. I’m more disappointed by how they handled the matter. They are not bothered that their product failed.
