Disappointed customer

I purchased a pair of shoes from Europa shoes Sandton branch and I have never received such appauling service. The shoe was bouught in March,on the 1st day the shoe was worn the stitch came off so I took back the shoes and they offered to repair them. My shoes have now gone in for the 3rd time and Europa shoes is refusing to reimburse or atleast exchange the shoe for me as I am not happy with the quality of shoe since it is proving to not be of the quality I paid for. Their last response was that they will be repairing the shoes for the 3rd time. It has since been 2/3 weeks and no1 from Europa shoes has reverted back. I am extremely disappointed with their service and I will be taking further action in this regard. The fact that the shoe was on sale and that t's & c's stipulate that no reimbur*****t or exchange will be made does not mean we as customers should be ****** at daylight and sold items which are not of quality #DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
