Damaged shoe worn once or want my money/new shoe

I bought a pair of shoes for my husband at this shop and he wore the pair once . During the course of the day, I noticed that the stitching was loosening and that the design was cracked on both shoes i decided to take the shoe back was advised they will be sending it for repairs. Two weeks later, I call the shop and the shoe had not come back for repairs but they were giving me the shoe back as soon as they receive it . the shoe eventually returns and yet again I point this out another problem and they want to send the shoe back for repairs. I tell them not to as I cannot wait another two weeks.. this is unacceptable after paying 1650 for shoes that's supposed to be quality . This needs to be sorted today <br> <br> I want my money back or my husband to get a new pair of this shoes .<br>
