broken arm in store

My mother who is an elderly woman broke her arm while trying on your shoes in store...nothing was done about it not even a phone call to check on her...you behaved like it's her fault ..now she has to go to therapy and medical bills...I feel u showed how u put profits above all and am gonna follow this matter
