Bad service from Europa Art shoes

I bought shoes from Europa Art Clearwater and I wore them for 1 day they started peeling off on the heal (sole) I addressed this with the store which did not even show the interest to help me, even the manager ignored me, they however sent my shoe for checks and the response came back saying there is nothing wrong with their quality but its because of the way I walk, very rude and arrogant type of attitude.
