Bad service at Europe Arts Century City, Cape Town

I bought a DKNY Boot on 21st January 2025, wore it twice and it's already peeling. I contacted the store and complained. I was told I may bring the item if I have receipt, if not, I need to remember the purchase date and they will check on the system. I get to the store I get an attitude from both the Manager and her assistant and the story changed, they can't help me without a receipt because are unable to check my purchase on the system. I need to contact their customer service myself as there's nothing they can do for me, add to that they **** and told me their customer service may only be contactable via email and there's no number to call. Checked on Google and there was a number, which I called and to my surprise I was told the person that deals with customer service is on lunch and she is the only person working at customer service and I need to call back after an hour (which I am waiting for the hour to call back and hear what hear I'll be told).
