Bad Service and Quality Boots from Europa Art Shoes

<p>Hi, I bought my wife a pair of Europa Art boots for R2790 in April this year. After two months the buckle on both boots broke. She took it back to the store in Woodlands Boulevard in Pretoria where I bought it, Juvena Le Roux said they will send it away. After two days it was returned. All they did was to take glue and glue the buckles to the boots. After another two days the glue came loose. We then returned the boots and Juvena Le Roux had a very bad atitude and said they cannot fix it and we can write an email to customer service as it's not her problem anymore. This is Crazy, not te service you would expect from Europa Art and neither the quility.</p>
