Bad service and non adherence to Consumer Act

I bought a pair of shoes at the cost of R1899.00 from Europa Art Shoes store, after wearing it once the heel and stitches are coming off. I expect a product of superior quality not a sub standard product of inferior quality especially if it's such an expensive shoe.<br> I took the shoes back to the store and I was told that they are sending the shoes for repairs. I was also shown the company policy in this regard but according to CPA clause on quality defect is that a customer shouldn't be inconvenienced, defective item should be replaced or refunded not send a week old shoe for repairs. Why is this company not adhering to CPA? Even their terms and conditions on their receipts are not in line with the Consumer Protection Act, they just do as they wish like they trading in their own banana republic This is totally unacceptable. <br>
