Bad quality Shoes and no refunds- lost more than R1300

Bought what I thought were colmar shoes at europa art woodlands mall in Pretoria, soles of shoes kept peeling after only being worn once. Shoes repaired twice still peeling on another place until i requested a refund. A lady from their "head office" refused to refund my money back after several visits to the shop and phone calls. Please be careful when buying from europa art, clarks, dumand and folly follie owned by the same company. Service is very poor if you have problems with product. They violate the consumer protection act taking advantage of the small amounts involved that unsuspecting customer will find difficult to recover through litigation.
