Bad Quality of Goods supp****

I had purchased a pair of shoes at Europa art woodlands on the 06 September 2017 and I have returned them back to the shop only after wearing them twice. I was told that they can only put a glue to repair the Ruber around the Saul of the shoe and the Glue was not neat at all. I therefore request that they replace the shoe or refund Me based on that i wouldn't have confident anymore on that pair of shoe after I paid R2380.00 for it.

Europa head office just confirmed today that there is nothing they can do as the shoe was damaged because they way I walk.
