Bad faith

On 11 july, 2015, in the evening I found a shoe for my mother in the Europa Art Shoes Sandton Store. Unfortunately they did not have the suitable size (41). The sales lady, Rochelle, then requested me, that she had found the shoe in the Clearwater store and would order it for me, for delivery to their respective store on Monday. Repeated communication with her on Monday, Tuesday, the shoe had not been delivered to their store. I then called on wednesday afternoon, and was requested not to shop for another shoe as the shoe had been ordered and was on the way. By Thursday afternoon, their was no word as promised, and I made the call to the store, only to be informed that the shoe had been sold, and should make another plan. I then called their head office to complain and no one could assist. This has been my worst customer experience.
