bad everything

My name is Rebone i bought sneaker at Europa Art at clearwater for R 2690.00 on 13 july 2018 , i was advised that they don' t have my size in store they will have to order it and it was in durban,I then received an sms toward month end advising that the sneaker was ready for collection.I went there to collect the shoes i found that it was on sale it was selling for R 1881.00,I then advise the sales person that i would like to purchase it on sale they refused and i advised that i have already it at normal prices but my husband tried to convince them and they sold the sneaker to me at the sale price, but they refused to refund me saying i should take something else which i did.

I wore the shoe for the first time it was okay, upon me wearing it for the second time the bead start falling off, i took it back to the store in 4th of August 2018 and they promised to repair and on the 10th of August 2018 received an sms that the shoe was ready for collection.When i got to the store the sale man brought the shoes in a box with a sticky note on it written with a pen "Back to store" and the shoe was not repaired. When i asked him why the shoe was never repaired he said he does not it came back like that.I then asked to speak to the manager who walked out of the shop few minutes after i got in and never returned, i awaited for her she never came back and then asked the guy to call her he refused at fisrt and ended up sayng that she left her phone in the store. I then said okay i will return later and left the shoes in the store.

Few minutes after i left the shop the salesman called me to saying that he has found the report about the shoe and i must come back asap as he about t live. I went there he gave me a report that the shoes cannot be repaired and i bought it at my own risk and beads are very complicated.

I then advised him why such was never discussed with me prior purchase that i am purchasing the shoe at my own risk and should the beads come out i should return the shoe. he said they don't have time as they would be busy with client an i then asked if the rules of your shop says the shoe cannot be repaired why was i mislead as they promised to fix the shoe for me, he said i quote " this is a robbing game".I then requested that he make a copy of the report, as he was ready to make a copy another lady whispered to him saying that you will be fired if you do that.Then he refused to make the copy for me.Okay so i said can i please take a photo of that report he still refused and gave me head office contact details which i did call them today 20th of august 2018. I spoke to some lady she advised that there is nothing they can do i bought the shoe at my own risk.

Please help me i know of my rights as a customer and i cannot just allow someone to refuse me the use of rights like that. Please assist as i left the shoe at the shop i want them to refund me back money or let me take another new pair of shoes as i don't want the old one as am scared the beads might all fall out and be left with an ugly shoes, as the beads makes it looks beautiful.
