Appalling customer service and quality

I lay-byed shoes at Europa in December, and finally, I collected the shoes on the 1st of February 2023. I wore the shoes about 3 times, on the 3rd occasion I had to take them off when I noticed a crack on the side. I took the shoes back to the store, they were supposed to come back to me on Friday 3rd March, today when I follow up, I’m told they haven’t heard anything back. I’m not impressed that 1stly, the quality of their shoes is *******, secondly they never came back to me when they were supposed to, thirdly, I’m the one who had to call them today and lastly they don’t seem to be willing to make any follow ups with their head office. They tell me they’re just waiting for head office to come back to them. I spend money on those shoes, If I don’t have the shoes, can I have my money back
