On the 26th November 2017; went into your flagship store at Eastgate mall, with the hope of buying a pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding. In the beginning was undecided with my purchase & thought I'd take sale elsewhere, but because I've been a client for as long as I can remember. I saw a pair of Loafers that can compliment the look desired for the wedding. The shoe was priced at R2990,00 at the time I didn't have enough but opted to put down a lay bye for R1500,00. However on Friday 8th December I was to pay the full amount to settle the outstanding balance. To my surprise the same shoe was on your SALE display with a different price tag. Wanted an explanation from one your at shop, but this particular lady(Thembi) was outright Rude and Arrogant with response telling me theirs absolutely nothing that she can do for me. I've been your customer for over Ten years, almost 60% of my shoes were bought from your shops across the country. I would however request some type of an explanation for this dilemma on the prices. My lay bye is within 30days, so to me it's as good as a new purchase. I prejudiced as a client that has a love for shoes and basically prefer buying from your shops.
