I am writing this email very angry and disappointed on how do your staff treat customers on the 06/01/2018 I bought LI62573*Europa a*MULTI*35 shoes at Cresta Mall, I then send my younger sister to return the shoes for an exchange because the shoes where peeling off and something went wrong on the wright shoe, she got there and find Karabo who was very rude to her I then decided to drive there myself to hear what was the issue I then find a white lady she couldn’t give me her name she was very aggressive and rude to me she told me that it is not my her problem that I was careless on the shoes and she is just there working she is not the owner of the shop if I a problem I must go to the head office myself she will return the shoes Monday if I come down if not she won’t take back the shoes and she doesn’t promise me anything it might take a month or a year for the head office to access my shoes mind you I paid a whole 1000 for those shoes that I only worn ones but guess what I was treated very bad I just feel that they were supposed to come me down instant of being defensive I bought those shoes knowing EUROPA ART sells quality but I fooled myself I am definitely taking this to Hello peter I can’t use my money and treated like I am some kind of a trash.
